I cant use telnet/java or install ircii/mirc/any other clients there is a Proxy
blocking everything. although i can use the ics chat on chatsystems.com..so
i'll wait for more rumors

The old webchat server has been delinked permanently, although there are
rumors that another might surface eventually. I don't have any timeline
on that. In the meantime, there is a Java interface to Undernet from this
