By providing an executor_config dictionary, users can specify these tasks in their operators. This builds off of the executor config created for the kubernetes_executor. ### Tests - [ ] My PR added to tests/contrib/executors/test_mesos_executor.py ### Commits - [ ] My commits all reference Jira issues in their subject lines, and I have squashed multiple commits if they address the same issue.
