Thank you for suggesting to help. I suspect Achilles Benetopoulos won't be
working on bringing Java 21 to Cassandra 6.0. [~cscotta], do you know if anyone
else plans to take over this, or can Utku Aydin take over?

By CI, do you mean the whole CI setup - JDK21 added to images, jobs added in
CI systems, etc.? I suspect we should have a new epic - similar to the one we
have for introducing JDK17 (CASSANDRA-16895). However, I am optimistic that the
jump between 17 and 21 will be less work as we have caught up on maintenance.
However, I do not want to underestimate the time and effort that it will
require.
