The following reproduces the problem:

cqlsh> create keyspace if not exists test WITH replication = {'class':
'SimpleStrategy' , 'replication_factor': '1'};
cqlsh> create table test.cf (pk int, value text, primary key(pk));
cqlsh> select * from test.cf where token(pk) < 0 and pk > 0;
