Tyler Hobbs resolved CASSANDRA-8012.

    Resolution: Cannot Reproduce

Since there haven't been any reports of this on 2.1.4 or 2.1.5 and there have 
been several related fixes, I'm going to close this as Cannot Reproduce for now.

If anybody sees the same problem with 2.1.5, please feel free to reopen with 
details.
