Thanks for the quick turnaround, [~bdeggleston]!
The CI runs look good overall. The unit tests that timed out don't appear
related, and pass locally for me. The failing dtests are either known
failures, or appear related to recent cqlsh changes.
Committed as {{a4e1182816909761c98355b1079b2f9de8efc4bd}} to 3.0 and merged to
trunk.
