Summary: Issue with PK and FK generation separated from table
creation

1. Create db schema in Modeler (Entities and Relationships)
2. Run Generate DB Schema
3. Select only 'Create Tables' ckeckbox (note: empty schema already exists in
database). Run. Verify results in database
-> all tables are created
4. Run Generate DB Schema once more
5. Now select only Create FK Support and Create Primary Key Support. Run.
Verify results in database
-> FK and PK are not created
note: select all 3 cheboxes (create tables, FK and PK) in Generate DB Schema ->
FKs and PKs are created successfully.
