   ##### SUMMARY
   <!-- Explain the problem/feature briefly -->
   I was **unable to create VM from template** but I was **able to create VM
from ISO**. Ths ISO is Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. I created a template from the
installed VM.
   I created a zone allowing local storage as primary storage. I added a disk
offering to use local storage. There is only one host and one local primary
storage is the zone. The remained storage size is 260GB and the size of
template is 20GB. I was able to created multiple VMs from ISO, but I was unable
to create one VM from template.

   The logs hints: "No suitable pools found for volume: Vol[40|vm=30|ROOT]
under cluster: 1". But there are enough disk space actually.
