   Tested the fix and it seems to be working fine. **Test LGTM.**
   
   **Before Applying fix :**
   
   If createPortForwardingRule api is executed with Protocol as "Halt", then 
router goes into halt state.
   
   **After Applying fix :**
   
   If createPortForwardingRule api is executed with Protocol as "Halt", then it 
throws an error. Below is the screenshot :
