   **Describe the question**
   Change the display state of batch operation buttons in the workflow 
definition and instance, and click the state when the specific workflow 
definition or instance is not selected.
   
   **What are the current deficiencies and the benefits of improvement**
   At present, the batch delete, export, copy, and move display in workflow 
definitions and instances are not obvious, and this function cannot be found in 
detail the first time you use it.
   
   **Which version of DolphinScheduler:**
    -[dev]

   工作流定义和实例中更改批量操作按钮展示状态，不选中具体工作流定义或实例的时候禁止点击状态。

   目前工作流定义和实例中批量删除，导出，复制，移动展示不明显，第一次使用不能明细找到这个功能。
