@piiswrong There is no bundled repo. The options are to add NNPACK submodule
and let it download all deps at configuration time, or add NNPACK

PeachPy has `pre-generated` branch, which is a mirror of `master` branch
after running `python setup.py generate`. I suggest you use the HEAD of
