Description:
Proposal: To help the user understand what they see in the Samples category in
the New Project dialog, distinguish between Ant-based and Maven-based samples
in the same way as done earlier for project templates:
1. Put all Ant-based Java samples in 'Java with Ant'.
2. Put all Maven-based Java samples in 'Java with Maven'.
3. Put Maven above Ant to indicate this is more likely to be the preferred
approach.
