Riccardo created NETBEANS-3170:
----------------------------------

Summary: Wizard Session Beans For Entity Classes in EJB missing
                 Key: NETBEANS-3170
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NETBEANS-3170
             Project: NetBeans
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: cnd - Other
    Affects Versions: 11.1
         Environment: Linux 64bit
            Reporter: Riccardo

I'm trying to follow a tutorial
([https://netbeans.org/kb/docs/javaee/javaee-entapp-ejb.html)] to having a
correct environment to develop an EE Application from scratch.

Firstly, I needed to add manually the javax library to the ejb module and the
jsf ones to the war module.

Secondly when I tried to create the entity class the wizard did not find the
existent "Database Connection", so I used jdbc/sample (as suggested)

Following the tutorial I tried to create a "Session Bean for Entity Classes".
The tutorial ask to create it from EJB module, but the wizard is not present.
So I tried to create it from the web module. Here I wasn't able to proceed
because the module didn't find the persistence file of the EJB module

So I tried to add the entity clas and PU directly into the web module.
Surprising the Database Connection list was correctly filled up with the
existent ones: in any case I've set up the persistence.xml exactly as the one
created for the EJB module

After this I was able to generate correctly the Session Bean

So the (I think) errors are:

1: Generating a new EE Application, did not populate the Library Dependicies

2: Generating Persistence Unit the list of the current Database Connection is
unaccessible

3: the wizard "Session Bean for Entity Classes" is not shown in the EJB module
