Please fix this, we need git hooks on our local workstations to edit the 
commit-msg and add the branch name to the message, to keep track with the 
ticketnumber (wich is in the branchname) around our ci (jira, bitbucket, 
bamboo) !

The Bug / Missing feature was Reported in 2012, its 7 years now :(
