Christian Lenz commented on NETBEANS-1825: ------------------------------------------ First, it is never going to happen, to go back to an old, never updated, less featurefull bugtracker than Jira. Jira is the bugtracker under apache. And luckily NetBeans is a project of Apache, it uses the issue tracker. Second, due to JIRA für apache projects, of course you found a lot other projects, but for this, you have the filter bar above where you can choose projects -> netbeans and other stuff. Please see this link: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/searching-for-issues-764478280.html > Jira is too hard to use. NetBeans needs bugzilla > ------------------------------------------------ > > Key: NETBEANS-1825 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NETBEANS-1825 > Project: NetBeans > Issue Type: Bug > Components: connecteddeveloper - Issuetracking Framework > Affects Versions: 9.0 > Reporter: Bernard > Priority: Major > > Jira is too hard to use, I cannot search with it in a meaningful way. If I > search for anything, then I get results from other projects as well as > default which is stupid. The lack of an automatic duplicate search alone has > the potential to kill the entire project. Atlassian Jira is the wrong tool > for NetBeans. NetBeans needs bugzilla. -- This message was sent by Atlassian JIRA (v7.6.3#76005) --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: commits-unsubscr...@netbeans.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: commits-h...@netbeans.apache.org For further information about the NetBeans mailing lists, visit: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/NETBEANS/Mailing+lists
