Well, please check if the font used in your NetBeans setup is supporting all 
the characters, also check NetBeans running in Java 12, there has been some 
font rendering improvements, you may check other java applications whether they 
are able to display your characters with a given font or not.

Are you sure that both editor are using the same fonts rendering your 
characters?
