Hi.
I am on WINDOWS 7.
Dowloaded the latest version of netbeans:
incubator-netbeans-release-360-on-20181029
When started, netbeans launches two windows: one blank command prompt and other
- the netbeans itself.
Never seen this before. I also have netbeans 8.2 and 9. The command windows
appears only in the latest version.
I am using Netbeans for PHP, if it matters...
