PHP extensions enabled: sqlite3, pdo_sqlite (among other)

Not an issue with the IDE, but with the sample content provided with it.
Following the [Create TodoList
Sample|https://netbeans-vm.apache.org/synergy/client/app/#/suite/1539/v/1] Test
case in Synergy, when running the application, a database file {{db.sqlite}} is
initialized with zero length.
Browsing pages involving TODO lists displays error page with the following
content:
{quote}*SERVER ERROR*
Internal server error occured.
More information (should be hidden on production server):
DB error [HY000, 1]: no such table: todo
