The "Add Underscores" for Decimal can be improved by only show the hint if the
number is >= 999999 (or a configurable number)
I like this hint, but the following shows a hint:
{{LocalDate.of(+2018+, Month.JANUARY, 1)}}
Add Underscores: "Underscores could be used to improve readability"
I think it is bad to split the number into 2_018 but I want the "Add
Underscores" on in my whole NetBeans
