Environment: My laptop computer is running 64-bits Windows 10. I had
just installed Apache NetBeans IDE 12.0.
Reporter: Göran Widheden
In the NetBeans start screen, the tab "Learn&Discover", I click on "Take a
Tour". This causes the Internet Explorer 11 to open. The NetBeans setting is
already set at "<Default System Browser>" and my operating system is set to
Firefox as the default browser.
