sorry but this is not completed.

The MeetingMembers currently all get the TimeZone of the Organizer set.

However for internal users you have a timezone, so why would you use the one 
from the organizer if you know that the meeting members timezone is different ?

But as it is now the field timezone is simply empty.

I will try to fix this as part of OPENMEETINGS-748
