Coturn is not starting?"

It works, I just thought it was the problem, so again, I manually reconfigured 
it.

Thanks for the tips, but nothing helped. I found a way out of the situation. 
Raised PPPOE and DHCP on the server and removed the router. Only then did the 
media server start working. I changed routers, forwarded ports, etc., but 
nothing helped. Put even Cisco 1800 as a router, but alas. I can't understand 
why when using a router, the media server doesn't work.
