Thanks for the help. I will try this option today. There was another problem.
When 5-6 people connect to a conference, the media server crashes and the
conference recording doesn't work. After the restart of Turn4, everything works
until 5-6 people are connected. Also, when working with 5-6 people, the system
starts to slow down a lot.

You have me puzzled! Thank you! Specifically, which ports of the UDP should
routes be routed to?

"Not clear what do you mean by this: "I tried to reconfigure coturn, but it was
not successful"
Coturn is not starting?"

It works, I just thought it was the problem, so again, I manually reconfigured
it.

Thanks for the tips, but nothing helped. I found a way out of the situation.
Raised PPPOE and DHCP on the server and removed the router. Only then did the
media server start working. I changed routers, forwarded ports, etc., but
nothing helped. Put even Cisco 1800 as a router, but alas. I can't understand
why when using a router, the media server doesn't work.

Good day! I have a problem with the media server. When connecting to a local
network, everything works fine, but when connecting to an external IP address,
it works for about 1 minute and gives an error: "Media server connection for
toor is failed, will try to re-connect" I tried to reconfigure coturn, but it
was not successful. I tried on different images collected on Ubuntu, but
without success! Please tell me how to fix this problem? Thank you in advance!

if we talking about mail-server, its public. Whatever mail i'll create
gmail.com, yandex.ru or else. In my test i create mail on mail.yandex.ru. And i
at least for thunderbird configure mail options by this instruction
https://yandex.com/support/mail-new/mail-clients.html and it is works. Same
configure at OM server, it is not works. About what mail-server settings we
talking about if it sending from thunderbird. If for example from thunderbird
wouldn't send email then i can thought that problem on mail-server, but it is
not, thunderbird send mail, OM not.

Summary: Add functionality for edit path for records
 Key: OPENMEETINGS-1806
 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OPENMEETINGS-1806
 Project: Openmeetings
  Issue Type: Wish
  Components: Audio/Video, BuildsAndReleases, HTML5/Recordings
Affects Versions: 4.0.1
 Environment: CentOS7, OM 4.0.1
Reporter: Prytsepov Andrey
Assignee: Maxim Solodovnik
Priority: Minor

Can't edit path for storage records.
Example: i have Windows Server 2016+ Hyper-V Role at this server. On this
server OM works as virtual machine with CentOS7 on board. It needs to edit
storage records on Windows Server share directory, so on virtual machine no
needs to replace records manually to storage that i need.

mess is now.
My rooms have numbers in web-OM and when look in directory of OS Windows.
Example room named "testroom" but inside it it is room "11" and name of
directory at least for streams are "11". It need when i call room "testroom"
inside the room it is not "11" but "testroom", same in name of directory.
When i will have many records after 12-24 month it will be difficult to
understand what the webinar i looking at.
Later i think i additionaly will backup records and name of directory when it
is correctly named will be easy to understand with what i working now.

My does rooms have numbers in web-OM and when look in directory of OS Windows.

For this algorithm admin must create group, acess someone as groupadmin after
this groupadmin have access to do something. Many steps. Must be, admin just
once make “manager” and “manager” have access to create many groups and other
accesses that I wrote before in jira. In this schema admin just once but not
always make manager and he no need always do someone as group admin.
Sometimes I need to send email manually, so automatically it is just half of
functionality that needed.

1. The button that allow start translate screen must be closer left to
"actions". When user must click the button to give writes to view screen of
teacher it not seen. I even not see it when i test it about 30 min i look for
this button, because it light yellow. It must be red color when we suggest
users to view screen of teacher.
2. Status bar of room when reload it. When out of room its is in right-top
angle, but in room it in left with other instruments. It is not see it must be
o red color, or it must be bigger to see the status that page is downloading,
or users start reload page many times. It must be in one place before and after
enter room.
3. The chat is in place of other instruments. Example when i see chat, and type

Now we have access groups: soap, admin, dashboard, room, login
It is not flexible as i need.
I think need to add user group "managers".
Admin have all rights to OM, but it is need to give some users rights to
organize webinars without admin help.
Admin musn't give access more than need to people who organize webinars, but in
this case admin must waste his time on tasks that he mustn't do.

As i think "managers" must have access to: create/delete users but not
create/delete admins, create/delete rooms, create/delete groups, send email

Another options they must have like other default users.

Not work records in OM 4.0.0.
ffmpeg was compiled by fresh instruction
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/download/attachments/27838216/FFmpeg%20compilation%20in%20Windows%2010.pdf?version=4=1513618557000=v2.
Before it tried ffmpeg early versions, same errors.

Algorithm:
1. Follow in OM to room
2. Make record
3. exit room
4. go to records, but it not available to see it online or offline by
downloading mp4

Errors always not the same. Sometimes i don't have errors and i can view and
download record, but even if i got no errors i can view it after reboot
Windows, because ffmpeg use files. After reboot sometimes i don't get errors
and can view record.

I tried to get in test directory *.flv and *.wav files from
"C:\red5\webapps\openmeetings\streams\11". I tried to make mp3, mp4 by ffmpeg
without OM. In OM i do the record, get error, and get files that get record,
with them i tried to do it in ffmpeg without OM. There is no problem to convert
by ffmpeg without OM files *.flv, *.wav, but it is manual and video and audio
are separated in different files, so it is no used in practice.
