Thanks for the help. I will try this option today. There was another problem.
When 5-6 people connect to a conference, the media server crashes and the
conference recording doesn't work. After the restart of Turn4, everything works
until 5-6 people are connected. Also, when working with 5-6 people, the system
starts to slow down a lot.

Hi Maxim, I am sending you an example screenshot of a Wordpress plugin called
Bookly, I think these statistics and data are very important for the
administration of any institution that uses Openmeetings.

The income portion may not be required, but it is important to know exactly
which classes have been held, postponed, or canceled.

Hi Maxim, I am sending you an example screenshot of a Wordpress plugin called

Is it possible your steps were:
# enter room
# open chat
# use "Page width" of "Full fit" zoom mode
# close chat

In such case WB zoom will not automatically re-apply (you need to manually
change zoom)

You can get same result if you will resize the browser instead of open/close
chat ...

[~sisali7] the issue was fixed in Apache OpenMeetings code
to get the fixed version you can
# wait for {{5.1.0}} release
# download and install SNAPSHOT version from our CI server (the link is in
previous comment)

BTW this issue was reported multiple times before but without stacktrace and
clear steps to reproduce
All reporters try to install one more time and everything was OK

So *maybe* other option is to try to install one more time

As workaround you can use https://openmeetings.apache.org/CommandLineAdmin.html

Hello and pleasure ...
Your aids are always precious and perfect!

I need to understand why I have the problem that I try to describe to you below
...
 * Working emails (both for user registration and for sending invitations)
 * Local server accessible from the outside (PUBLIC.STATIC IP: 5443)
...
I enter as an admin, I enter a room (public or private), I see myself, I feel
myself ... If I invite a person, the person connects from his home to the
invitation link, he does not see me and does not hear me. .. I don't see it and
I don't feel it!

On the router of our ISP both TCP and UDP are open the following ports:
1
5443
5080
80
443
3478
5349

something is missing?

thanks for your help

WB name is set on creation
so if user with Spanish locale will created WB in public room the Russian will
enter it the name will be Spanish and vice versa

According Private rooms
"Private" actually means "group" rooms
So All users from certain group will see same room private from others

All demo-next users are added to group with name "group" so any user can create
new WB :

everything depends on your config
by default TURN uses
{code}
listening-port=3478
min-port=49152
max-port=65535

in such case you have to forward 3478 and [49152-65535] range

Thanks for the tips, but nothing helped. I found a way out of the situation.
Raised PPPOE and DHCP on the server and removed the router. Only then did the
media server start working. I changed routers, forwarded ports, etc., but
nothing helped. Put even Cisco 1800 as a router, but alas. I can't understand
why when using a router, the media server doesn't work.

KMS supports only Ubuntu 16.04 and 18.04 without Docker ...

I believe installation manuals will be updated as soon as KMS will support

Idris Fuquan commented on OPENMEETINGS-2522:

Hi Maxim,

Many thanks you were right (and what you said makes sense) by installing a
coturn server (even when using static IP addresses etc.) it works flawlessly.
Many thanks now just to find the free time to test it out and familiarize
ones-self.  Oh! Just one other thing though (as I ended up using Ubuntu 18)
would you have an install guide for Ubuntu 20 that does "not" use docker for
KMS?  I know "docker" has been touted as the worlds container savior but in all
honesty it often complicates things as some sys-admins do want both full
control and visibility of apps and processes. If you do have a guide on
installing this without docker could you point me to it as the present guide I
see for Ubuntu 20.04  includes docker and is slightly different for Ubuntu 18
(which for me makes the whole install process clearer.

Have a nice day

Idris

Hello [~omidp],

please use JIRA or GitHub, not both :))
I'll answer here

OM is displayed in language selected in user profile
If user is NOT logged in yet, the language is taken from browser preferred
languages
While self-registering preferred language is being set to user profile

{{default.lang.id}} is used when above scheme is failed for whatever reason
