Re: [jira] [Commented] (OPENMEETINGS-2209) Connection state changes should be handled

2020-04-06 Thread Peter Dähn

Hi Maxim,

we observe this in presentation room also. But in this log the last of
the 4 that came in the room could not hear the others. But this is
different each  time. Sometimes someone can't be hrard sometime one can
not here others. Nor all of the user just a few of them. And this happen
with IPv4 and IPv6. Windows, MacOS and Linux. Edge, Firefox Chrome...

I think I will ask the others here to make a test tomorrow at the
testserver. Probably tomorrow at 11 (Berlin Time). This is your Server
and you could have a look at the logs.

Am I right thinking:
# user enters the room
# got blue "connection established" message
# but no-one can hear him/her?

Does this user using Audio only?
It seems to be Conference room, were they try to use "refresh" button?

Is this issue OS/browser dependent?

Hi Maxim,

two weeks ago a lot of people try OM. But because of the connection
problems they use it less and less.. Unfortunately chat will be used to
interchange skype-ids or telephone number... :-(
