Description: As part of SamzaSQL Diagnostics
[[SAMZA-1996|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SAMZA-1996]] the Query
time-based metrics (total, query and queuing latencys), and the insert operator
processingTime currently does not include the sendTo operation, because it is
currently not feasible to include it. This makes these metrics inaccurate, and
this need to be fixed. (was: Samza-SQL Diagnostics is to enable Samza-SQL
Dashboard to show and link to performance metrics at the logical plan level (as
opposed to the physical coordinator level))
