A WKB supports is available (indirectly) in SIS 1.1. When reading a geometry
column from a database, SIS delegates to the underlying geometry library. The
following libraries are supported (at user choice):
* Java Topology Suite (JTS)
* ESRI geometry API
We do not have a public API at this time; this is internal mechanic for now.
But developers using JTS (for example) can use the JTS API directly.
