Weex is a mixed technology, it contains both Android, iOS, and front-end projects, not just Android. The source codes of them are located in different folders, which is `android`, `ios`, `runtime`, and `weex_core`, they also wrote in different languages. I think it's a good idea to manage them separately, the root path should be reserved for readme, license, build scripts, and other platform-independent files. For those IDEs, I think we can do more configure things to make them easy to use.
