I made some initial tweaks to {{Behaviors.getBehaviors()}} in WICKET-6773 but
my profiler still shows a suspicious amount of allocation coming from this
method.
There is further potential for improving the performance and reducing the
allocation rate of {{Behaviors.getBehaviors.}}
