Summary: the method scheduleFlush in CloumnFamilyStore maybe
damage the sstable_activity data file

Cassandra during running，it will automatically generate a group sstable files
for cf sstable_activity intervals an hour.but if you running a tool like
sstableupgrade , the tools may start a schedule task to flush sstable_activity.
In two different JVM, the sstable's index is the same.the group sstable files
can be damage.
