We want to start using guacamole to connect to the server of our customers (via DMZ and VPN tunnels) for support. They also have web interfaces available for some admin tasks (like webmin, cups and so on...). At the moment we use a terminal server in the DMZ to access these kind of things but rather like to use one solution. At the moment this holds us down to use guacamole and we are thinking of looking for another solution which can do this already. Our preferred solution is guacamole because it is webbased, you don't need any software but a browser and it is easy to use.
