   The Workflow engine expects a particular order of elements in the XML, see 
https://github.ibm.com/dba/kogito-runtimes/blob/main/jbpm/jbpm-bpmn2/src/main/java/org/jbpm/bpmn2/xml/BPMNSemanticModule.java.
   
   The BPMN Marshaller should match that order and return an XML content that 
is always compatible with the engine.
