The Options dialog implementation contains a lot of LaF dependent code and ahrd
coded colors.
We shall define new resources prefixed with "nb.optionsdialog." in the UI
manager and only use one reasonable backup resource from UIManager. Move the
LaF dependent code to
Look & Feel Customization Library (o.n.swing.plaf)
