The -webservice URL option in fetchdt is very fragile. In particular, it must
be precisely in the form of the http://<nn>:<port> and NOT include the trailing
slash. Furthermore, after HDFS-2617 the <nn> must be a lowercase hostname and
not an IP address.
I propose at least documenting all of the restrictions...
