For
Three issues not that important for the release ...
1/ -src builds the jar with Linux/Ant/JDK5, but tests are not executed,
build.xml does not even contain a test goal
2/ building with Maven 1 fails currently, since it cannot download from
ibiblio anymore - different issue, it is Maven related.
Is there a +1 with the below btw? :)

Honestly, no, I did not vote at all, since I was involved in too less
releases until now, to judge the impact of the issues. How could I say
something about the release, if I can not run the tests ... ;-)

Typically, because we don't trust it. It means that Maven is running
in a JDK 1.4+
So... things for a 0.4 release:
1) Add apology+info to release notes/sites concerning 0.3.
2) Fix source headers to match new policy.
3) Update to logging 1.1.
4) Build under 1.3 using ant, and the site using maven.
5) Add a pom.xml.
6) Rule out the 4 issues in JIRA for the 0.4 release (or
Discovery has the same issue as dbutils by the way - the build.xml is
limited and I guess the previous releases were done from Maven under
JDK 1.4. I would be hoping to do the same again.
