Rather than creating either a massive thread or many threads that could get lost in the noise of the Commons list, I have created a set of bugzilla tickets for them: 1) Remove TimeZone from Resources API http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=37709 2) Refactoring of the Messages object http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=37711 3) Additons to the Message API http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=37713 4) ResourcesFactory API changes: http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=37714 Feedback/comments/votes would be welcome/appreciated, although it would probably be better to add them to the bugzilla tickets rather than to this thread.
