We transfered all of our domains from NSI to BulkRegister, and we have been
very happy with BulkRegister, so far.

I've been happy with http://www.gkg.net/ who is a registrar, i.e. not
intermediated by Tucows or one of the others intermediaries.
I used to be an expert on this mess, two years ago, maybe the rules
have changed... but at that time: Transferring registrations is like
changing brokers or phone
I've been using gandi.net for a few years, and they seem ok. 12 Euro
per domain.

was cheap and the central management seemed useful the one time I went and
used it for them.

there is that the renewal system is poor. I have to buy a ne
