Okay, so I just did some number crunching using the information Steve gave and honestly, there's no reason at all the 10-packs need to be broken up by region. It costs $14.40 to ship a 10-pack from Fremont, CA to Frederick, MD where I live (which is pretty close to "across the country"). $3,690 +
