Denis,
There are not many neo1973 owners yet. Only about 36 developers have received
a free phone. From what we hear, there is alot of work still to be be done
on the basic software. Hopefully in the the very near future, FIC will begin
selling to the rest of the development community so

is that the version that was intended to ship in September was to be a
mass market device.
I was under the impression that this phone was already produced and
available in Asia,
That is news to me. The only other project planning to use neo1073 AFAIK is a

not having a neo yet I can't comment on how it actually performs now,

early. personally, i'm not too worried because i have faith that once
the phones are out and the community at large has a crack at them,
things will improve.

Seriously though, It is
maybe i was wrong about the FIC Neo1973 being previously used. No idea
where I got that from, but it was in my head somehow.
Sean, thanks for the update, even if its not the best news. We're all happy
with the openness of the production information.

That's cool. No problem with waiting a few more weeks.

Taiwan?

Can anyone here suggest an HTC phone which can be bought in

No problem.. It was more of a rhetorical(sp?) question anyway. I was
