Re: New tslib xsrelease with right click

2008-08-29 Thread Andre Roth

Hello,

this works nicely for xfce, however using fluxbox nothing happens.
a right click over X11vnc shows the fluxbox menu.

does the right click somehow depend on the window manager ?

I hope I understood you correctely: without moving the mouse I pressed
the left mouse button, released it and pressed the right. result: the
fluxbox menu shows up. even if I dont release the left button...

but I had the impression, that when using fluxbox the mouse pointer
"shakes" under the pen a lot more than in xfce (it's jumping 1 pixel
here and there). maybe the mous speed is a problem ?

regards

install it with the option: --force-downgrade

example:
opkg --force-downgrade install
qtopia-phone-x11-phonevendor-ficgta01vendor_4.3.2\+git2\+13101ab6ddaec380871ae8021a92140af526c4df-r38.05_om-gta02.opk

apt-get clean and removing the *bin files in /var/cache/apt/ helped here for
such problems...

Re: [debian] daily kernel and modules package

2008-09-15 Thread Andre Roth
If you are using the Presto yum plugin, the key change should have gone
without a hitch, except for the minor detail that there were no
deltarpms for the 600+ MB of updates.

We have managed to get the .newkey repositories properly deltarpm'd now,
but the default fedora-updates-newkey.repo doesn't point to the correct
mirrorlist.

To use the Presto test repositories for .newkey packages, after
installing fedora-release-9-5.transition, you need to set change
fedora-updates-newkey.repo so that the mirrorlist line is as follows:
mirrorlist=http://presto-mirrors.anmar.eu.org/mirrorlist?repo=updates-released-f$releasever.newkey&arch=$basearch

For more information, please check http://fedorahosted.org/presto.
