Yes, sure. The requirements to the design tool for such an adapter board
are not heavy. It can be done on 2 layers in 6 mil traces. So I am sure you
can design such adapters with KiCAD.

have a much more recent MediaWiki 1.18 or so with visual math captcha

Here, I want to add that a friendly enthusiast (who wants to
stay anonymous) has spent close to 1 EUR to support
the project. He just believes in the idea of an open moko.
