Change orientation of X desktop on QT Extended distro ?

Hi, I'm using QT Extended OS firmware 4.4.3 Radek version on my Neo and want to use X desktop on it. I tried to add that option: Option "Rotate""right" in xorg.conf file but not success :( An idea how to do that ? Thanks in advance for any tip
