Or on information displays (buying ticket for the train,
HMI interface in factories on big machines, etc).

So its basically a black and white display with an onscreen keypad, with
a wifi connection. Easy to integrate, and easy to deploy.

Considering the device shown by Sean, squarish, full-screen, about as thin
or thinner than the FreeRunner, now it's been said it has three buttons...

I'd go for the media playing device, maybe even using www.rockbox.org :)

A bit difficult to believe as OM let all software developers (well
what do we know.. at least people working with Freerunner..) go - I
wouldn't expect much software in it. OTOH yes, it looks like a small
tablet or something. Someone suggested a hair straightener with wlan -
before we saw the video :).

In the same breath as introducing Project B, Sean mentioned his
surprise at finding out how keen the embedded community were to get
a toy to develop on.

So I think it is a a touchscreen/cpu/bluetooth device that can
be used as a user-interface to any blue-tooth enabled tool
(phone, gps, whatever) and the target market is embedded devlopers
who want a cheap and open platform to do development on.
So:

   * Bluetooth enabled touch screen
