I guess there isn't any easy form to do that. The only one is patching the
 predictive keyboard source code.

I know... That was my final intent, but I made that keybord when I
needed to use qtopia as a daily phone and far from my home (and any ssh
connection :P) so it was a good workaround.

I think the words.dawg that comes with the tool is italian.

As said above I've made a qtopia italian dictionary file (still
incomplete but almost usable) [1]. I've also made a custom version of
the predictive keyboard with some Italian special chars (àèéìòù...)

 Give it a try!

 Hey Sven,

as far as word prediction is concerned:

cp the en_EN directory to _en_EN,
 mv en_EN to de_DE
 ln de_De to en_EN
 replace de_DE/words.dwag with:

 http://www.file-upload.net/download-1088244/words.dwag.html

 restart x-server

 done.
 Hopefully.^^

don't know how to get äöüß on the keyboard though..

If instructions on how to compile your own words.dwag ask for it,
tomorrow I should be in better mood for it ;)

:O Is aviable also an Italian words file?

I changed the wiki, so everyone should be able to compile his language
on his own.
It's my first time editing a wiki, so maybe someone with more
experience has a look on it? Just in case I broke some rule I didn't
know of.

It would be nice to know the config file of the keyboard so we don't
have to link directories but just change configs instead.
This would allow to set up some easy opkg install keyboard-lang

Just ideas, as I'm trying to contribute as much as I can.

Hi Richy,

Thanks for your contribution to the wiki. It just needed fixing
'NEO' to 'Neo' and 'Linux Box' to 'Linux box'.

NXP(!) developed a battery pack(!) named PCF50633??

AFAIK the PCF50633 is GTA02's PMU chip, and the battpack is made by PPS, not
NXP.
