Hi Leonti, Did you restart X? I also tell the X server to explicitly use a fontpath: in /etc/X11/Xserver change the line with ARGS="blahdieblah to ARGS=" -pn +extension Composite -nolisten tcp -fp /usr/lib/X11/fonts/100dpi,/usr/lib/X11/fonts/75dpi,built-ins" restart X and rejoice ! ( i hope ;-) )
