I am only thinking of putting the contact information of those authors who have their contact info given on their home page. The reason being many users will not go to home page and contact authors about bugs, feature requests, patches but if they see the contact info easily they will contact them. This will lead to more contact between users and authors. Rakshat ___ Openmoko community mailing list community@lists.openmoko.org http://lists.openmoko.org/mailman/listinfo/community

The data is already in the page, just need to support an > Author=. This can be done rather easyly but three cases arise: 1.All old calls to ApplicationBox should be updated 2.There already is "homepage" tag which should lead to contact information also. If author doesn't provide contact info on projects homepage, it might mean he/she doesn't want to reveal this info. We should respect his/her decision. 3.We should formally ask ApplicationBox template author for his/her opinion about modifying this template. -- Kind Regards Patryk Benderz IT Specialist Linux Registered User #377521 +48 22 538 6292 ERSTE Securities Polska S.A. ul.
