here is a video tut DIY illume kbd icon (read description, it is not 
perfect ) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F6QNL1mvXdI
i dont know why, but there is no option to watch it in high quality, but 
anyone who used inkscape for only 5 minutes should get it.

- which font did you use?
- which Gaussian blur did you use?
