I then got busy with other things so I left my Freerunner on charge but not in use for about a month. After this period I found that the SIM card no longer worked in any phone. In my case, my operator (Orange UK) was happy to send me a replacement. Definitely not on my case. My old SIM has been in the Freerunner since I got it in July 2008, and still works as fine as it ever did since 1997. It's a new SIM card that isn't recognized by any phone in my reach. Rui maybe your sim card was not activated yet by the phone provider... That's not it almost for sure.
