As you can see now :)
In the wiki it was 256 MB RAM, but because Sean and nobody else was talking
about that in any mail, I changed this.

As you can see, they do have the same amount of RAM. It's the NVRAM that
has increased in size.

Which means FLASH in this case (i.e. non volatile storage), I think RAM is
128MB on both.
