Hi Ross, I work for Oxford Archaeology, we're startign to distribute FreeRunners to various people for the purposes of encouraging development and general community good will. I've recently been told that our prices are less than other resellers too! Drop me an email if you'd like a FreeRunner from us. Just thought I would add another voice of support for TrueBox, excellent service! One point to note is that they aren't too happy about shipping to an alternative address, for fraud prevention reasons. I did managed to persuade them to ship to my work place after a couple of exchanges. I am sick of having couriers leave expensive items under the door mat! Can't help with the O2 question. I'm using a rather old (~4yrs) Orange SIM card and it is working just fine. Based on how long it took to get the Freerunner out the door I estimate at least 9 months, maybe a year before it ships. I purchased mine through TrueBox (shipped to Sweden) and found them very good, they offer a 12-month warranty too - would recommend.
